To add the bank account you wish to to withdraw your funds to, kindly ensure your account manager is verified. Follow the below steps to confirm the verification of your Account Manager and Bank Account.
1. Access 'My Account' by selecting the icon on the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Under 'Status', ensure your account is 'Verified'. If not, a 'Verify Now' option will be prompted. Do kindly complete it and our team will revert back to you soon.
3. Select 'Add New' and key in the details of your bank account.
4. You will then be prompted to confirm your bank account details. If they are correct, please click “Next”.
5. You have added a new bank account successfully.
