I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal from my account. What do I do?

If the withdrawal was made to an invalid account number (i.e., account number missing one digit), the withdrawal should immediately bounce back to us and will have the funds re-credited within a few days from the date it has bounced.

If the funds have not been recredited to your Fazz Business account, please send an email to our Customer Support team.
