What should I do if My Card is Lost or Stolen?

If your Fazz card is lost or stolen, you can request your admin or contact us to terminate the Fazz card.

Note: Terminating a card is irreversible, you will have to request your admin to issue a new card for you.

Log into the Fazz dashboard to check your transaction history. If there are any transactions you do not recognise, please refer to here.
