How do I connect to Xero and set up direct bank feeds?

Merchants with a Xero account can set up bank feeds from the Fazz Business Dashboard to import historical transactions and sync new transactions into Xero on an hourly basis. The direct bank feed connection is currently only available for SGD Cash Account.

Follow these simple steps to integrate with Xero:

Step 1: Login to your Fazz Business account and click on the “Integrations” tab on the left menu. Then click “Connect”.

Step 2: You will be redirected to Xero to login and give permission for Fazz Business to access your Xero organization. Click "Allow access."

Step 3: Once you've granted access, you will be redirected back to Fazz Business. Select the correct Xero Account within your Xero organisation to sync with. You should also specify the date from which you want your transactions in SGD Cash Account to be synced.

For example, if you select 31 July 2023, all SGD Cash Account transactions from that date onwards will be synced to Xero. Finally, click “Sync Account”.

Step 4: Your transactions from the selected date are now synced to Xero. Going forward, any future transactions on your SGD Cash Account will be automatically synced to Xero every hour.

If you want to sync the latest transactions right away, you can click on "Manual Sync". Note that the initial sync may take a few minutes.
